I am the associate director for enrollment systems and onboarding operations at Rowan University. My work involves governance of a number of data systems, including our enrollment CRM, Slate. I evaluate our use of data and technology in order to develop experiences, systems, processes, and policies that best match our business needs. I also oversee the cross-departmental onboarding committee. As a member of the Department of Strategic Planning and Management in the Division of Enrollment Management, I lead projects that support recruiting, marketing, and onboarding across the University.

For three seasons of the Chip Kelly era, I served as digital development leader in the Philadelphia Eagles front office. Working in the professional sports industry afforded me the opportunity to gain a valuable contextual perspective of leadership and personal development within the realm of athletics. As the team's digital developer, I experienced tremendous growth in my technical development, design chops, and project management skills.

As the director of sports information and academic success with the Mustangs of Montgomery County Community College, I wore many hats. To name a few, I served as a sports writer, web administrator, team photographer, mentor, event coordinator, social media administrator, public speaker, supervisor, and department liaison. Being a first-generation college student myself, I found serving community college students particularly rewarding.

At Rosemont College I had the opportunity to serve as web manager in the Department of Communications. I was a key member of the strategic planning committee and oversaw a university-wide website redesign. I also worked closely with college leadership and mentored student workers.

My first position straight out of college was working at a private boarding school in rural Pennsylvania. Teaching and coaching the students and supporting my peers in the community provided me with a great introduction into the working world. I learned to hone my skills in patience, collaboration, and professionalism, while developing new-found interests and passions as an adult.
